When you book regular or one off cleans with Sussex Maid Services you will get access to our client portal, where you can customise every cleaning appointment to your preference by adding extra cleaning tasks to your booking.
What tasks can you add to your cleaning appointment? Well you can schedule oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, grill cleaning, inside windows, kitchen cupboards, folding of laundry and changing of bed linen from within your client portal. If we don’t have something listed down that you would like done in your cleaning visit, just let us know and we’ll ensure its done. You will be able to postpone or reschedule your cleaning appointments directly in our client portal without the need to call or email our office. Simply login and pick the new time and date you require as long as it is more than 48 hour before your cleaning visit.
Our cleaners are happy to securely hold your house keys should you require cleans to be done while you are not in the property. We can even pick them up and drop them off at a convenient time for you at your request.

3 Steps For Booking & Adding Extra Cleaning Tasks
1. Fill Out The Booking Form
Complete the booking form by entering all of the relevant data and click the "Save Booking" button.
You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the booking.
2. Setup & Check Your Client Portal
Once your booking has been allocated to a team you will receive an email asking you to set a new password for your client portal. set your new password and once your logged in ensure all your details are correct.
3. Enjoy Your Clean & Tidy Home
When our cleaning team arrive they will have everything they need including the products and equipment. They will also tidy your house as they clean (some cleaning companies ask you to do this before they arrive, not us).
