We have cleaners in your local area who are fully equipped with the products, equipment and training to make your home sparkle and smell amazing. We’ll send an awesome cleaner to your home that will keep on-top of all your domestic chores on a regular basis.
When you book regular cleans with Sussex Maid Services you will get access to our client portal, where you can customise every cleaning appointment to your preference by adding extra cleaning tasks to your booking. If for example you would like your oven cleaned on your next regular clean, just add it using the client portal and our team will get a notification and you can consider it done. You will be able to postpone or reschedule your cleaning appointments directly in our client portal without the need to call or email our office. Simply login and pick the new time and date you require as long as it is more than 48 hour before your cleaning visit.
Our cleaners are happy to securely hold your house keys should you require cleans to be done while you are not in the property. We can even pick them up and drop them off at a convenient time for you at your request.

3 Steps To Booking A Regular Domestic Clean
1. Fill Out The Booking Form
Complete the booking form by entering all of the relevant data and click the "Save Booking" button.
You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the booking.
2. Setup & Check Your Client Portal
Once your booking has been allocated to a team you will receive an email asking you to set a new password for your client portal. set your new password and once your logged in ensure all your details are correct.
3. Enjoy Your Clean & Tidy Home
When our cleaning team arrive they will have everything they need including the products and equipment. They will also tidy your house as they clean (some cleaning companies ask you to do this before they arrive, not us).
